Post 7 CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

 Hello my dear bilingual readers, today's topic is changes to my study programme.

 In general, architecture has a very complete program since it covers the areas of technology and mathematics, urban planning, design, research and workshops. It has always been commented that the architecture career is demanding and time consuming for students. There are some weeks when students are overwhelmed with work and tests. 


I would add more basic courses of the career, some technical drawing course since not all students obtained these knowledge from their respective schools / high schools.  


The course lasts 11 semesters but most students finish in 12 semesters or more. I believe that this happens because of the collision of some courses. 


During these two years of studies, I have only been to school 3 times. It is a heritage building, which I personally don't like the color. In pictures you can see very nice spaces inside the faculty. 

As for the use of technology, I would not know what to say because as I mentioned before, I have not visited or used the facilities of the faculty. 


In pandemic, the professors had to adapt their teaching to an online methodology. In some cases it has worked very well and in others not so well. I truly believe that being in front of a computer for so many hours is not healthy for any person (students and professors). 

I would like to go back to the on-site university and also have some online courses such as English and transversal courses since these are usually on Wednesdays. Then we could rest from home on that day.

    I read your post and the truth is that we agree on everything jajaa. I too think that adding a technical drawing course and at the same time programming, everyone in the first year of the career would be very happy. At least I would have been :(.

 Hello my dear bilingual readers, today's topic is Architecture Architecture is a great world of knowledge. An architect must learn many things in college to become a great professional in the future.  The positive aspects of the profession are to be able to create from ideas, emotions, dreams. To materialize the ideas we had since we were little, like creating houses with slides or giant swings. And the benefits are many, one of them is (as I mentioned before) to know many things because it is a career with a wide range of knowledge.  I chose architecture ("... en una época difícil de mi vida 88"), I don't really know.  At this moment, after two years, I can say that it has been one of my great decisions. Blog post 2 Topic: The best holidays ever

  Hello my dear bilingual readers.   Today I’ll tell you about my best vacation ever. I love to travel and I do it every time I can. Of all the places I've visited, I'll take a route from Chile to Peru with my family in the family car. This vacation was in 2015 (and we repeated the same thing in 2016), and our arrival goal was the city of Arica. As fate would have it, we made it all the way to Peru. The trip lasted a total of two weeks. In total we were 7 persons, among them my grandparents, uncles, aunts and sisters. We stopped at every gas station to refresh ourselves because the trip from the fourth region to Arica lasted approximately 24 hours and the heat of the desert did not help the situation. It was my best vacation because we did not have a travel plan, but rather every day was a new adventure because we visited every city along the way.
